Subject	car breaks up in every gear at 5-5500rpm

Message	I put this guys car together for him and everything seems fine until 5-5500 rpm under wot. If I am at 70% throttle the car doesn't do it. It is not like a bog it just falls on its face like I am hitting a rev limiter in it. I checked for any leaks, the only thing I can think of is he has ebay turbo xs bov's and he said that when he had them installed the guy gave him back a box with a bunch of washers in it. I am thinking maybe there is not enough preload on the spring and it is opening up under load? He ordered new washers so we will see if it is that. If it is something electrical anyone have any suggestions? The car idles and drives fine, no pops hesitating nothing, just at 5k rpm at WOT.
